We are developing a long-form animated media project (30–60 minute episodes) and we are looking for a character designer/animator to collaborate on a scalable production system.
Before sharing full project details, we would like to start with a small exploratory concept test (dialogue-based, 30–45 seconds).
The core format will be long-form, debate-style episodes.
However, we also plan to repurpose segments into short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok), and occasionally produce short standalone clips.
For this reason, we are specifically looking for someone who understands:
• Long-form animation scalability
• Modular character design
• Layer separation for animation
• Efficient production pipelines
• Adaptability between long-form and short-form formats
Please include:
• Examples of dialogue-based animation work
• Your suggested workflow for long-form content
• How you would approach repurposing content into short-form clips
• Tools you typically use (AE, Character Animator, etc.)
• Estimated timeline for a small test concept
We are not looking for hyper-detailed cinematic animation.
We prioritize clarity, repeatability, and scalable design.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
