What will you be responsible for? As a Document Controller, you'll be working within the Operational Support team, supporting them in delivering comprehensive facilities management services. Your day to day will include:
* Managing and maintaining the Document Management System, ensuring all records are structured, version‑controlled and compliant with contractual requirements
* Conducting thorough audits of documentation relating to capital works, maintenance records, drawings and service reports, developing action plans to address any gaps
* Coordinating the migration and digitisation of archive documentation, ensuring seamless upload to the DMS
* Collaborating with stakeholders in Handback meetings, preparing management information and supporting the transition process
* Providing administrative and helpdesk support, ensuring continuity of site operations
* You're an articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills, confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
* You have excellent organisational abilities and can effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
* You bring a proactive, professional approach with a positive, can‑do attitude
* You're experienced with SharePoint and other data management platforms
* You're proficient in data analysis tools, particularly MS Excel
