Travis Perkins are currently seeking a Customer Relations Advisor to join the Customer Relations team. Salary - £27,000 per annum Full Time Contract - 42.5 hours a week (Monday - Friday) Flexible Working available - please talk to us ! Hybrid working will be granted once training is complete. NOTE: You must be located within a reasonable distance to our Head Office based in Duston Northampton. What you’ll do: You will be liaising with customers and branches answering telephone calls, email queries and providing an outstanding level of service. As the Customer Relations Advisor you will make sure comments are responded to on our social media sites and you may even be needed to support customers with the online orders. It is important that you can look into queries and complaints in a timely manner and if you are unsure of the response you will have a very supportive Customer Relations Team leader that will guide you. Is this you? Customer Service Experience: Proven background in delivering exceptional customer service. Strong Telephone Manner: Clear and confident communication skills over the phone. Quick Thinking & Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to various situations. Conversational Skills: Engaging and effective in verbal communication. Resilience Under Pressure: Maintain composure and effectiveness under tight deadlines and challenging situations. Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written communication proficiency. Complaint Handling: Experience in managing and resolving customer complaints professionally. Strong-Willed & Assertive: Confidence to handle difficult calls and situations assertively.
