Location: Co. Armagh & Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland (with occasional travel to ROI)
Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 40 per week, Monday-Friday

We're expanding and looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead multiple grounds maintenance and landscaping contracts across Northern Ireland.

What You'll Do
* Manage and deliver grounds maintenance contracts across NI to the highest standards.
* Lead and motivate field teams, ensuring great results and safe working practices.
* Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
* Oversee Health & Safety compliance and operational efficiency.
* Plan, schedule and allocate resources across multiple sites.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Grounds Maintenance Manager, or Landscaping Operations Manager.
* Experience leading teams across multiple sites in NI.
* Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.
* Good understanding of H&S and environmental standards.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel within NI and ROI.
