You will be responsible for covering the Midlands Region and can therefore be based in the Midlands or locally to head office in Segensworth, Hampshire. You will be required to attend the head office at least once a month.

The main purpose of this role is to provide expert advice, guidance, and operational support to leaders and team members on all areas of the employee lifecycle, including ER, policy development, recruitment, wellbeing, and organisational change. You will also contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives that enhance engagement, culture, and performance across the organisation.
