Senior Marketing Analyst
Fully Remote - Must be UK-Based
Up to £80,000 plus bonus and equity options

The Role
* Work with marketing stakeholders to understand growth questions and define analytical approaches.
* Analyse channel performance across paid search, paid social, CRM, influencer activity, and broader acquisition levers.
* Explore customer journeys to identify behavioural drivers of conversion and support audience targeting.
* Deliver insights across attribution, incrementality, and marketing mix modelling.
* Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations to support data-driven decisions.
* Support the development of predictive models, segmentation, and marketing measurement frameworks.
* Improve data foundations and contribute to scalable, reliable marketing analytics processes.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics, particularly across paid channels.
* Confident using SQL and working with large datasets.
* Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker.
* Background in a marketplace, start-up, or scale-up environment.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful recommendations.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to partner with senior leaders.
