This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Corporate Partner (or senior lawyer ready to step up) to lead the growth of a highly regarded national firm’s corporate practice in Scotland. The corporate team has a strong national reputation for delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice. Clients include fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses, family-owned companies, private equity houses, investors, and established corporates. The work is broad and stimulating, covering:
* Complex M&A transactions
* Business sales and acquisitions
* Joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and investment work
* General corporate governance and advisory matters

The Candidate
* Experienced Corporate Solicitor, ideally already at Partner level or ready to step up
* Strong profile in the Scottish corporate market and/or a client following to bring
* Excellent technical skills with a proven track record in transactional work
* Collaborative leader with the ability to inspire and develop a teamEntrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to lead a major growth initiative in Scotland
