Warehouse Operations Manager Full-time | Permanent Sector: Logistics / Warehousing The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a large, fast-paced logistics operation. This is a senior leadership role requiring someone who can inspire, engage and develop teams at scale, while delivering strong operational and commercial results. You will lead through a structured management team, creating a positive, high-performance culture where accountability, engagement and continuous improvement are embedded across the site. The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will take full responsibility for site performance across people, service and commercial KPIs. A key focus of this role is driving engagement, strengthening management capability and building a culture where teams feel supported, motivated and clear on expectations. Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop a multi-layered warehouse management team * Create a positive, performance-led culture built on engagement and accountability * Drive operational KPIs including productivity, service levels and cost control * Optimise labour planning, stock flow, and space utilisation * Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership capability at all levels * Improve employee engagement, retention and absence performance * Champion Health & Safety standards and wellbeing across the site * Analyse performance data and implement structured improvement plans * Build strong relationships across internal departments, suppliers and agency partners About You * 6 years’ experience in senior warehouse or logistics management * Proven experience leading large teams through manager-level direct reports * A visible, hands-on leader who builds trust and credibility quickly * Strong people engagement focus with experience improving culture and retention * Commercially aware, with experience managing costs and performance delivery * Confident operating in high-volume, fast-paced environments What’s on Offer * Senior leadership role with genuine influence over site culture and performance * Opportunity to shape engagement strategy and operational improvement * Long-term career progression
