Your new role As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function, providing accurate and timely information to assist strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
* Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Assisting with cost analysis and margin reporting
* Supporting internal and external audits
* Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with financial controls
* Collaborating with operational teams to provide financial insights
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
* Strong technical accounting skills and commercial awareness
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
