Shifts: Monday to Friday, 06.00-14.00 and 14.00-22.00
Role: Healthcare Cleaning Supervisor
Blue Arrow team is currently recruiting an experienced Healthcare Cleaning Supervisor to join a leading facilities provider at Hull Royal Infirmary. This role supports the Domestic Manager in delivering a high quality, safe and hygienic environment for patients, staff and visitors.
You will lead, motivate and support domestic teams to ensure all cleaning services meet cleaning standards, contractual requirements and internal KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and support domestic staff to ensure consistent delivery of high cleaning standards
2. Ensure work is carried out in line with NHS Cleaning Standards and contractual specifications
3. Manage staffing levels, monitor attendance, oversee holiday/sickness records and authorise timesheets
4. Carry out staff inductions, training, refresher training and job chats
5. Perform quality checks, audits, safe site inspections
6. Maintain safe working practices and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
