You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure services meet user needs and comply with GDS standards.Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a User Researcher within GDS or UK public sector projectsStrong knowledge of the GDS Service Standard and service assessmentsExperience running usability testing, interviews, surveys, and workshopsAbility to communicate insights clearly to varied audiencesExperience working in agile, multidisciplinary teamsResponsibilities:Plan and conduct user research across the service lifecycle (discovery, alpha, beta, live)Use a range of qualitative and quantitative research methodsTranslate research findings into clear, actionable insightsCollaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholdersEnsure research aligns with GDS Service Standard and best practiceSupport teams in making evidence-based, user-centred decisions
