What You'll Be Doing:
* Partnering with top global and national law firms to understand their hiring needs
* Sourcing, screening, and placing high-calibre legal professionals
* Proactively identifying and engaging with hard-to-find legal talent
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from CV review to interview scheduling and offer negotiation
* Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted recruitment partner
* Staying ahead of industry trends and market insights to provide expert guidance
