We’re looking for compassionate and reliable people to join our friendly team as Care Assistants (Care Professionals) to join our amazing team at Home Instead West Lancashire and Chorley Location: Covering West Lancashire areas
* Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Tarleton, Rainford, Aughton, Rufford, Burscough, Upholland, Parbold.
You must drive and have access to a car, as this role involves remote visits to clients homes.
If you require sponsorship to work, unfortunately this is not something Home Instead can accommodate.
Pay: Home Instead pay all Care Assistants the same rate, from aged 18, at £14.00ph, the same hourly rate £14.00ph applies with overnight calls, both sleeping and or waking.
From the 1st April 2026 this will increase to £15.00ph.
Hours: We offer contracted and or zero hour, contracts, to match your work life balance.
Our services operate predominantly across a two-shift system 7am- 2pm and or 3pm - 10pm.
