A well-established and design-led residential housebuilder in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of 2–3 live developments across the Worcestershire/Warkwickshire area. This is a key leadership role for a proactive and results-driven professional with a strong background in housebuilding and multi-site management. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for managing multiple construction sites, ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
