Reed Recruitment are pleased to be supporting our client in the appointment of a HR Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with a CIPD Level 3 qualification who is looking to broaden their experience across HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HR administration, maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
* Support the full recruitment process, including advertising roles, managing candidate communication, and coordinating interviews.
* Assist with employee relations activity, including preparing documentation and taking notes during formal meetings.
* Complete onboarding, compliance, and right-to-work checks, ensuring all paperwork is processed efficiently.
About You
* CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working toward).
* Previous experience in HR administration or broader admin with CIPD
* Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communication skills with the ability to support managers and employees.
