The Spires is registered for 40 pupils, located in the heart of Salisbury. Our young people need safe, consistent adults who can offer calm boundaries, compassion, and unwavering belief in their potential. As our new Head Teacher, you will: • Lead and develop a strong, values‑driven leadership team • Shape a bespoke, therapeutic curriculum that enables every pupil to flourish • Create a culture of belonging, self‑worth, and high expectations • Model a trauma‑informed, relational approach to behaviour and engagement • Champion safeguarding, holistic practice, and child‑centred decision‑making We are seeking an inspiring and resilient leader. You will bring proven experience in school leadership, alongside a commitment to inclusive practice and the belief that every young person deserves to thrive.
