Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive - Swindon - 1+ Years PQE
Location: Swindon
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (hybrid considered)
Salary: £50,000-£75,000 DOE + bonus
A respected regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its established team in the Swindon office. This is a key role supporting clients across a broad range of personal matters, offering the opportunity to build long term relationships within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
* Advising on Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Planning
* Drafting and reviewing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
* Managing files efficiently while maintaining exceptional client care
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding individual needs
* Attending client meetings and explaining legal processes clearly and confidently
Candidate Requirements
* At least 1 year PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
* Experience across a range of private client matters
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational ability and confidence managing multiple cases
* A proactive, client focused approach
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Commitment to confidentiality and high ethical standards
