The Role We are looking for an ERP Project Planner to join the PMO office and to assist the programme with an Oracle Fusion implementation. You’ll join a small PMO office and work closely with the PMO Lead, who is very experienced and very supportive. Microsoft Project will be the planning tool, and the team work with a home-grown PPM tool which is built on PowerApps. We’re looking for an experienced Project Planner who is comfortable working both independently and with high autonomy. Responsibilities: * Project Scheduling: * Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules that outline tasks, milestones, and deadlines. * Resource Management: * Estimating and planning for resource, equipment, and material resources needed to complete the project. * Risk Assessment: * Identifying potential risks and issues that could cause delays or cost overruns and developing mitigation strategies. * Progress Tracking: * Monitoring project progress against the plan, collecting data, and updating schedules to reflect actual work completed. * Reporting: * Preparing and presenting regular reports to project managers and stakeholders, detailing project status, deviations, and key performance indicators. Key requirements: * Strong understanding of project lifecycle, planning tools, and methodologies. * Ability to analyse complex information, interpret data, and solve problems effectively. * Meticulous approach to tracking small details and identifying discrepancies to ensure accuracy. * Skill in working with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and team members. * Experience with Microsoft Project and Oracle Fusion and/or ERP systems is highly desirable. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining order and efficiency.
