The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm, professional service and offering guidance on a range of banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service, ensuring each customer feels valued and supported.
* Recommend suitable banking products and services tailored to individual needs.
* Support and promote digital and self-service banking options.
* Carry out transactions accurately, adhering to all compliance and control procedures.
* Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, efficient branch environment.

Essential Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong time-management abilities.
Desirable:
* Experience in a banking or financial services setting is an advantage.
