What You’ll Do

* Prioritize effectively to maintain project momentum across multiple complex initiatives.
* Present design concepts with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business partners to deliver measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience leading multi-platform design projects (TV, mobile, web).
* Ability to balance hands-on design with strategic direction for other designers.
* A strong portfolio showcasing advanced UX and UI design, problem-solving, and systems thinking.
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and design documentation (flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes).
* Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams.
* Experience in data-driven design and complex user flows; e-commerce experience a plus.
