Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime available at enhanced rates: Weekday OT: Flat rate. Saturday: Time and a half. Sunday: Double time. Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum (depending on experience). The Role: Fabrication and welding of mild steel components. MIG welding with occasional TIG welding. Work with both light and heavy steel fabrications. Use jigs and follow detailed engineering drawings. Carry out sheet metal work involving mild and stainless steel. Perform consistent, high-quality work on repetitive tasks. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in MIG welding and steel fabrication. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Skilled in working with mild steel and stainless steel. Comfortable working with both heavy and light fabrications. Experience using fabrication jigs.
