Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace.
We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef De Partie to join our exceptional Culinary team.
The on target earning potential for this role is £29,786.59 per annum based on a 45 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £36,806.59 plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

You will be assisting in the food preparation for all of our restaurants.
You will be involved in full preparation of all aspects of the kitchen. D elivering delicious food and drink is at the heart of what we do. With a focus on simple dishes, using high quality ingredients throughout our menus, you will be consistent in delivering service that delights.
Supporting the senior team in delivering high quality, memorable food to all of our guests and members.
Assisting the kitchen's senior leadership in managing all food health and safety related standards.
