Were looking for an ambitious Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen within a modern fresh:food concept focused on quality, consistency, and exceptional standards.
Working directly with a Michelin:trained Chef Owner, youll play a key role in the day:to:day operation of the kitchen while helping develop systems, standards, and team performance as the business grows.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strong Sous Chef or experienced Senior Chef de Partie looking to take the next step towards Kitchen Management.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you will:
Support the daily running of the kitchen Deliver consistently high:quality fresh food Lead kitchen shifts and support service operations Maintain exceptional standards of food quality and presentation Manage prep, service flow, and kitchen organisation Support stock control, ordering, and waste management Ensure food safety and HACCP procedures are consistently followed Train and develop junior kitchen team members Help create a positive, professional kitchen culture About You
Youll be someone who:
