Ocean Infinity is expanding its Procurement team and is seeking a Technical Outsourcing Buyer and an Asset Buyer to support the sourcing and management of outsourced technical services and solutions across commercial projects, asset management and internal services. The Technical Outsourcing role will focus on translating complex technical requirements into effective outsourcing strategies, developing and managing supplier partnerships, and ensuring optimal delivery of services that support availability, performance, and innovation for Ocean infinity's needs. The Asset Buyer will support day-to-day technical procurement activities, including sourcing of direct goods and services related to the lifecycle management of Ocean Infinity’s payload assets. The buyer will work proactively identify opportunities to optimize total cost of ownership, reduce supply and operational risk, and improve asset availability and service delivery. What you will do: Support category and outsourcing strategies aligned with procurement roadmaps Lead RFQs, tenders, and outsourcing processes, including evaluation and negotiation Translate technical requirements into sourcing solutions Manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier onboarding Ensure compliance with SLAs and supplier performance metrics Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance Identify cost optimisation and value-add opportunities Collaborate with engineering and operations stakeholders Ensure compliance with procurement governance and policies Who you are: Procurement or supply chain qualification or equivalent experience 3–6 years’ experience in technical or service-based procurement Experience with RFQs, tenders, and outsourcing models Strong TCO and commercial risk understanding ERP and Excel proficiency Strong stakeholder and communication skills Analytical, organised, and proactive mindset High integrity and professionalism Salary for this position: Up to £40,000 per annum Salary : The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
