The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to organise themselves and an ability to work in a fast paced setting with ever-changing demands. Ensure the smooth running of the reception desk. Ensure check-in and check-out are seamless, and be polite, courteous and helpful to patients at all times, organising appointments, answering emails and phone calls, handling money. A good attention to detail and clearly customer focused, with a dynamic and flexible attitude. Dental reception experience would be an advantage. SOE dental Software.
Hourly rate will be depending on experience and will be discussed at interview.
