About the Job
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, your role will involve managing our customer journey from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
13. Customer Interaction : Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in our systems.
14. Booking Management : Scheduling customer appointments and arranging vehicle collections and returns efficiently.
15. Communication: Liaising with our drivers and answering/making phone calls to keep customers informed throughout the process.
16. Administration : Updating insurance companies, computer systems/portals, and creating job packs to ensure smooth operations.
17. Performance Targets : Ensuring daily Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets are achieved to maintain operational excellence.
18. Forecourt Management : Moving vehicles on the forecourt as needed to optimise space and workflow.
About You
19. Administration Skills : Significant administration skills are required, with proficiency in MS Office applications and a quick learning ability for computer systems.
20. Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment while also being capable of working autonomously.
21. Self-Motivated : A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
22. Local Area Knowledge : Good understanding of the local area for transport logistics is preferred.
