Lead Generation: Leads will be provided, however, we would love you to also proactively seek and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts, leveraging your existing connections and skills. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the buying and selling process. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local property market trends and legislation changes, offering informed advice to clients. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers and guide clients through the negotiation process, ensuring favorable outcomes. Requirements: Previous experience in real estate, as well as in lettings, is advantageous. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building and maintaining client relationships. Knowledge of the local property market and experience in property valuation.
