Join Our Team as a Packing Operative 37.5 Hours per week– £13.03 per hr + Overtime & Benefits.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Packing Operative to join our team.
You'll be working across four dynamic brands, using onsite tools and equipment to carefully pack a wide range of products. Your work will help ensure that every order leaves our facility securely packaged, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pack multiple product types using various tools and equipment.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
* Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
* Meet daily packing output targets set by your supervisor.
* Develop custom packaging solutions for new product lines.
* Take ownership of your tasks and contribute to team success.
* Share process improvement ideas and best practices.
* Recycle waste correctly in designated streams.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working in a factory or production environment.
* Confident using tools and equipment safely.
* Strong independent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
