Graduate Cloud Business Solutions Consultant (Oracle) 2026

Role: Graduate Cloud Business Solutions Consultant (Oracle)

Location: London, Birmingham, Woking, Manchester, Glasgow, Treforest (Nationwide)

Intakes: April, September

About the job you’re considering

You will be working with like-minded colleagues on innovative cloud projects for a range of public and private sector clients including defence, utilities and government departments to name a few. Delivering IT solutions to business needs using cutting edge Oracle cloud technology and applications, you’ll be supported by experts as you develop your system and consulting skills to find your ideal career path. A strong graduate community at Capgemini ensures you will be surrounded by a wide range of peers; all committed to delivering solutions to the highest standard.

In this role you will work on projects helping to guide and transform how our global clients manage and operate, streamlining processes and enhancing business operations. You’ll be implementing solutions across various areas of a business including Procurement, Accounting, HR, Payroll and Manufacturing. You will experience working through the full project lifecycle from design to go-live, delivering cloud applications that meet and exceed the client requirements.

You will be involved in multiple aspects of project delivery, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing and project management.

We will support you to develop your skill set and accelerate your career. Through working on projects with industry leading experts you will develop your interpersonal and business / functional skills. The hands-on experience gained through your project will be complemented by off-the-job training, giving you the opportunity to obtain industry recognised certifications from Oracle and others, for example the Oracle Financials Cloud certifications.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your role

You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.

The role will require you to take application-specific industry recognised certifications for the application team you are in. We will provide preparation and tuition to assist you to pass the certification.

Joining the Capgemini ERP Practise will give you the opportunity to work on a multitude of projects across a variety of roles. As part of the role, we believe in the benefits of providing role rotation across business, technical and project management roles, where possible. Our graduates then gain a better understanding of a project lifecycle and the importance of different stakeholders, before opting for a path of specialisation.

Some of our projects may require you to work on client sites which could be located in a different part of the country to where you live, meaning you could be staying away from home for up to 4 nights a week. Travel costs and hotel bills are covered by expenses.
