The Retail Media Manager at Logitech is a pivotal role driving media excellence, sales uplift, and brand impact across key retail programs, customer campaigns, and new product launches in markets worldwide. This position combines strategic media leadership, cross-functional partnership, and hands-on management of media investments, with a focus on measurable return and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Global Head of eTail, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Marketing, and Commercial Teams - as well as external agencies to ensure seamless execution. Your Contribution Drive the expansion of Logitech's Retail Media model across key etail platforms ensuring consistent adoption and tailored strategies for each partner. Support the onboarding process, including integration of Logitech's frameworks, operational standards, and campaign management tools to deliver effective and scalable retail media solutions. Enable and empower internal Logitech teams : deliver expertise, training, and educational programs on retail media best practices, tools, and platform capabilities - building strong internal capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Retail Media Strategy & Framework : Lead the development and execution of a unified Retail Media framework leveraging data, analytics, and platform capabilities to enable consistent, effective advertising across global etail platforms. Develop and implement strategic guidance for Logitech categories (e.g. Logitech G Pro Gaming, Logitech Ergo, Logitech MX ) together with Global Business units marketing stakeholders, translating Logitech's marketing priorities into actionable etail advertising plans. Program Management & Partnerships : Manage partnerships with Retail Media Agencies and media channels (e.g., Criteo) to drive a full-funnel advertising approach, ensuring performance, efficiency and innovation in media buying and campaign execution. Collaborate with regional and local leads to adapt and optimize strategies for local market dynamics. Data-Driven Results & Efficiency : Integrate advanced measurement frameworks and KPIs to monitor and optimize campaign performance; drive best practices for efficiency, ROI, and continuous improvement. Regularly report on media impact, spend effectiveness, and competitive trends to marketing and commercial leadership. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams (Brand, Marketing, Commercial, Digital) and external partners (media agencies, retail platforms) to ensure flawless execution and knowledge sharing. Inspire teams globally by sharing media best practices, new trends, and innovative strategies; coordinate business reviews and knowledge transfer sessions. Key Qualifications For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including 7 years in media planning, retail marketing, or digital advertising within a global brand or agency setting Deep expertise in media channels, retail media platforms, and programmatic technologies (e.g., Criteo, Citrus, in-platform ads) Proven track record in developing and managing media strategies covering all funnel stages (brand, consideration, conversion, retargeting) Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with retail customers and agencies across multiple regions and cultures Strong analytical mindset with experience embedding advanced measurement and reporting structures Strategic thinking paired with executional excellence and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership and influencing ability within cross-functional teams Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus Agile, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed organizations Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
