We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a rapidly expanding customs solutions provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys identifying new opportunities and achieving KPIs & targets. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving company growth through proactive B2B sales activity. This includes building relationships with prospective clients, qualifying leads, managing your sales pipeline and contributing directly to revenue growth.
The role:
* Conducting outbound B2B sales calls and outreach to new prospects
* Following up warm leads and converting opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Scheduling and attending virtual or in-person client meetings
* Preparing proposals and presenting service offerings
* Managing your sales pipeline through HubSpot CRM
* Working to clearly defined KPIs and sales targets
* Supporting long-term growth strategies across the business
The Ideal Person Will:
* Have strong B2B sales experience
* Be confident with outbound calling and generating new business
* Be target-driven with a proactive, self-motivated approach
* Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Be comfortable managing sales activity through HubSpot
* Be confident working independently and meeting KPIs
* Bring a professional, customer-focused attitude
* Have an interest or willingness to learn about customs processes
