We’re seeking a motivated entry-level Analyst to join our Advertising Finance team. In this role, you’ll support the management of operational expense (OPEX), headcount, discretionary spend, bonus, and commissions budgets for the global Ads business. You will track, analyze, and report on these budgets to ensure alignment with approved plans and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with HR, Sales, Marketing, Product & Design, Engineering, and R&D to monitor spend and workforce trends, identify risks and opportunities, and support monthly close and forecasting processes. Your detailed variance analysis and actionable insights will enable leadership to make informed decisions and maintain financial discipline across the Ads organization.
