Job Description
Responsibilities for the Engineering Team Leader include:
1. Lead and mentor a team of sustaining engineers and technical staff.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Engineering Team Leader should have:
8. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
9. 5+ years of technical engineering experience, preferably in sustaining or product support.
10. Strong background in combustion or chiller systems.
11. Proven troubleshooting skills for complex electro-mechanical systems.
12. Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
13. Proficiency in CAD tools and engineering documentation systems.
