Overview
Venue Supervisor at University of Bath, part of the Students’ Union team. This role supports delivering amazing events, managing venues, and helping students create unforgettable experiences.
This is a full-time role working an average of 48 hours per week (5 out of 7 shift pattern) during term-time only on an annualised basis, with 3 months off in the summer.
Responsibilities
* Play a key role in the day-to-day running of busy and diverse Students’ Union venues – from bars and cafés to club nights and live performances.
* Lead from the front to ensure excellent customer service, safe operations, and a welcoming environment for students and guests.
* Ensure smooth service operations, uphold the highest standards of customer care, and maintain full compliance with University policies and relevant legislation.
