Role Overview:
The Client Relationship Manager will maintain and strengthen client relationships, coordinate with accounting and legal teams, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Primary contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
* Ensure timely delivery of services in coordination with accounting and legal teams.
* Manage and optimise CRM systems with accurate client records.
* Monitor satisfaction, gather feedback, and resolve concerns.
* Identify upsell opportunities.
* Prepare reports on client interactions and satisfaction metrics.
* Support onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English and Russian.
* Proven experience in client relationship management or similar.
* Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with CRM tools.
* Client-centric mindset, proactive problem-solving.
* Knowledge of accounting or legal services beneficial but not essential.

Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
