Powerscreen is the largest brand within the Terex Materials Processing business segment and is famous for manufacturing and supporting market-leading crushing and screening equipment. MARKETING MANAGER – POWERSCREEN
Reporting to Powerscreen Business Line Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the Powerscreen brand Marketing Plan.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop an annual Marketing Plan
* Agree and work within annual budget targets
* Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and conferences
* Provide and execute robust and effective promotional advertising and editorial plans
* Provide main communication interface to the global dealer network
* Provide the optimum mix of promotional marketing tools to the dealer network, both digital and offline
* Continue to build further on existing brand equity and strength
* Work closely with Terex Materials Processing marketing team and other businesses within the segment
* Efficient administration of the department
* Leadership of team members
Experience and Qualifications
* A Marketing Degree or equivalent
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced Marketing role
* Excellent English written and communication skills
* Willingness to travel overseas (including some weekends)
* Thorough understanding of effective and up-to-date marketing techniques
* Flexible to new ideas and an innovative thinker
* Functional knowledge of accounts payable process
* Strong planning and execution skills
* Ability to handle and complete multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Knowledge of a secondary language would be beneficial
* Experience of working with a network of distributors would be beneficial
* Experience of Adobe design tools (or similar) would be beneficial
