We are recruiting experienced window and door fitters for a full-time, permanent position based across South Devon. Our client is an established and growing installation company working on high-quality new-build residential developments throughout the Torbay area and surrounding region.
The position is a hands-on role working in pairs, and we strongly encourage applications from existing fitting pairs.

Location
South Devon, covering Torbay, Newton Abbot, Paignton, Totnes, Kingsbridge, and surrounding areas. All project sites are within a two-hour radius of the depot. No overnight stays are required.
Salary
£15.91 per hour PAYE Advance. Other PAYE models are available.
Key Responsibilities
1. Installing windows and doors across new-build residential developments to a consistently high standard
2. Taking accurate measurements and ensuring correct fitting, sealing, and alignment on every installation
3. Using handheld and power tools safely and in line with on-site health and safety requirements
4. Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards at all times
5. Working effectively alongside your installation partner and liaising with other trades on site as required
6. Completing job records accurately and reporting any defects or issues promptly to the relevant contact
Qualifications
Essential
7. Proven, hands-on experience installing casement windows; vertical sliders; bi-fold doors; sliding patio doors; French doors and sidelights; and composite front doors
8. A background in window and door fitting, glazing, carpentry, or a closely related construction trade
9. The ability to work reliably and productively as part of a two-person installation team
10. A full UK driving licence
Desirable
11. An NVQ in Fenestration Installation or equivalent qualification
12. A valid CSCS card
