The Business Development Analyst – BD CORE plays a vital role within Latham’s Business Development (BD) team. This position involves supporting the integration of administrative tasks and strategic analysis within the global BD department, while providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients, managing expectations professionally. The role is based in our London or Manchester offices, with potential for flexible, hybrid working arrangements.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing service requests within the ServiceNow ticketing system from start to finish, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
2. Using various Latham-specific tools and software to guide clients or suggest alternatives, aligning with their goals and improving service delivery.
3. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the firm's operations and strategic objectives to ensure high standards of deliverables.
4. Understanding BD CORE offerings and collaborating with teams to enhance business development efforts.
5. Supporting the global BD department with services such as biography editing, client research and analysis, dossier preparation using BoardEx, Pitchbook, and other resources, as well as research for seminars, events, pitch materials, directory submissions, newsletters, CRM updates, marketing collateral, expense reports, and document formatting.

Additionally, candidates with the following qualifications are preferred:
* A bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
* An advanced degree or professional certification in business, marketing, or related areas (preferred).
* Relevant experience in professional services or a law firm (preferred).
* Experience in project management and leading initiatives (preferred).
