Equipment and Logistics Assistant / Stores Person / Storeman / Stores Assistant
required to join a leading global engineering company based in Aberdeen.
The Equipment and Logistics Assistant Person will be responsible for the goods in / out of various engineering equipment as well dealing with the logistics and transport of the items to key sites.
The Equipment and Logistics Assistant / Stores Person / Storeman/ Stores Assistant must have experience with Goods in / out, and / or some element of logistics organisation ideally within Oil & Gas. Full product training is provided.

Responsibilities
* Liaise with transportation companies and engineers via phone and email.
* Pick and safely pack the equipment needed by engineers to undertake their work.
* Deal with the transportation and logistics of engineering equipment.
* Support and communicate with the service and wider engineering teams.
* Coordinate with other service planners when required to provide and assist with engineering resources.
* Admin of documentation such as delivery notes and invoicing
* Liaise with various engineering departments.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of goods in / out experience or 1 year of logistics experience
* Good level of computer proficiency.
* A forklift license is advantageous.
* Experience within the oil & gas industry would be advantageous.
* Good communication skills both written and verbally.
* Must be commutable to Aberdeen
