Senior Administrator – Wealth & Investments Newcastle | Hybrid | Up to £45,000 An exciting opportunity to join a growing Wealth & Investment business in a Senior Administrator role supporting the Intermediaries Office. This position plays a key role in delivering operational efficiency, supporting change initiatives, and improving processes across the business. Key Responsibilities Oversee monthly portfolio rebalancing and ensure smooth operational processes. Actively manage team inboxes, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Support onboarding of intermediary firms in line with CDD and AML standards. Collaborate with internal teams including IT, Finance, Ops, and Business Management. Contribute to and represent the team in governance meetings, forums, and change projects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Required Experience Background in investment management, wealth management, or banking. Strong understanding of client due diligence (CDD) and front office operations. Good knowledge of investment/fund management. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. Numerate with ability to produce relevant management information (MI). Desirable Degree-qualified. Detail-oriented and highly organised. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What’s on Offer Up to £45,000 salary depending on experience.
