Tradewind Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a number of welcoming and well-established primary schools across the borough of Sutton, all seeking committed and enthusiastic Class Teachers to join their teams from September 2026.

The Role
As a Class Teacher, you will:
* Take responsibility for a class (year group based on your experience and school needs)
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Create a positive, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents
* Contribute to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for teachers who:
* Hold UK QTS
* Have recent experience teaching in a UK primary school
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
* Are committed to inclusive practice and raising attainment for all pupils
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
* Are seeking a long-term or permanent position within a supportive school
