We are seeking a skilled and committed Field Service Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality engineering services to clients across the UK and beyond. Key Responsibilities Provide specialist engineering services to customers in line with company procedures, including QA and Health & Safety standards. Travel to customer sites as required and carry out work as instructed. Complete allocated work diligently to maximise productivity. Attend site inductions, local training, and Health & Safety courses as needed. Liaise with the Engineering Department regarding technical issues. Communicate professionally with customers to ensure successful job completion and to represent the company positively at all times. Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork, such as weekly records, job sheets, and expense claims. Participate in training courses as per the Training Management Procedure and obtain required accreditations for career progression. Maintain tools, equipment, and protective clothing in good condition. Consistently promote and demonstrate the company's Core Values in all work-related activities. Skills & Requirements Completion of a four-year Modern Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline (minimum NVQ Level 3). Strong awareness of Health & Safety practices; must hold a valid Safety Passport and IOSH Working Safely certificate. Full, clean UK driving licence. Must be medically fit and willing to complete recognised Offshore Survival training. Familiarity with working to QA and safety standards in technical environments. Working Conditions Work locations include UK, Republic of Ireland, offshore, and overseas. Must be comfortable working in demanding environments and sometimes difficult conditions. Night shifts and weekend work may be required depending on the project. Extended travel and time away from home will be a regular part of the role. Why Join Us?
