Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed sales targets on room hire, food and beverage.
* Design, plan and deliver a sales plan and strategy, working alongside the Marketing & Events Manager.
* Grow the business through maximising uptake and spend per head.
* Identify new business opportunities, demonstrate and implement innovation whenever possible.
* Proactively grow and develop relationships with prospective and existing key account.
* Ensure all sales collateral is in line with the venue's marketing plan.
* Create quality proposals for our clients - corporate, private and social.
* Oversee and manage invoicing and payment for the events.
* To win and retain business and to promote awareness of all facilities and services available.
* Manage, motivate, support, drive, provide guidance and development for all members of the onsite sales team.
* Design compelling sales proposals that tell the venue's story.
* Great team management skills.
* Proactivity in dealing with all enquiries (telephone / email) to ensure that they are dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner.
* Great client relationship skills.

* Strong seller with a financial head.
