As an Administrator, you'll provide vital support to the Home Manager and wider team, ensuring compliance, organisation, and efficiency across all administrative and financial processes. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone organised, professional, and keen to make a difference behind the scenes.
What We're Looking For:
We welcome applications from candidates with strong administrative or office experience, ideally in a care or healthcare setting.
Preferred (but not essential):
* Previous administration or PA/secretarial experience.
* Knowledge of HR processes and record-keeping.
* Confidence with Microsoft Office and maintaining computerised and manual filing systems.
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Your Role:
* Act as a Personal Assistant to the Home Manager.
* Manage staff personnel files, recruitment, and safeguarding checks.
* Maintain accurate records on admissions, discharges, and occupancy.
* Oversee absence monitoring and support HR processes.
* Process purchase orders, invoices, petty cash, and residents' finances.
* Collate data and provide reports for management and head office.
* Liaise with statutory bodies and company officers as required.
* Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection and CQC standards.
* Provide professional support in meetings, including minute-taking.
* Assist with budgets and financial administration.
