Aftersales Manager – VW Clark Commercials
Are you good with people and have a 'can do' attitude? This could be the opportunity for you! John Clark Motor Group are seeking a pro‑active, customer‑focused Aftersales Manager for our high‑performing and busy VW Clark Commercials Dealership.
You will lead a team to provide a proactive service to both our retail and business fleet customers, while ensuring that your department achieves profit margins in line with budget forecasts and annual objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* People management and leadership of the Aftersales Team.
* Ensuring Customer Satisfaction metrics are hit.
* Hitting monthly KPI’s and budgets.
* Ensuring all vehicle repairs are fully compliant.
* Becoming a commercial product expert well‑versed with all features of our Volkswagen Commercial range.
* Maximising workshop profit opportunities.
* Achieving customer satisfaction objectives and ensuring that all clients—from local tradespeople to large fleets—are dealt with professionally, adhering to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
Required Skills
* Confident relationship builder with teams and customers at all levels.
* Ability to manage the Aftersales Team successfully in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
* Deliver first‑class service to achieve company objectives and targets.
* Self‑motivated, articulate, and professional.
Required Experience
* Previous motor trade experience is essential within similar role (commercial vehicle experience is a plus, but not essential).
* Previous experience within a management role.
* Customer Service facing experience is essential.
