Join theDriven Attributes team and work with cutting-edge tech—including the UK’s first VI-grade DiM250 simulator—to shape future vehicle performance, durability, and comfort. This is a hands-on role supporting test and development projects across vehicle dynamics, fuel economy, and corrosion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage vehicle testing projects (performance, durability, corrosion)
* Install and manage test instrumentation and schedules
* Analyse test data, report issues, and liaise with technicians, drivers, and clients
* Collaborate across teams to meet technical and delivery goals
What You’ll Need:
? HND or higher in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
? Strong understanding of vehicle systems and test methods
? Experience with data tools (e.g. Racelogic VBox, MS Office)
? Clean UK driving licence
Desirable:
* BEng degree, HGV/off-highway test experience
* Knowledge of CAN, RLD, eDAQ/Somat, Glyphworks, or Matlab
* Foreign language skills a plus
