Estimator - Construction & Refurbishment Hours: 42.5 per week Salary: Attractive package, open to negotiation based on experience We're looking for a commercially minded Estimator who enjoys diving into the detail and playing a key part in winning work. This role sits at the heart of the pre‑construction activity and offers the chance to influence projects from the very start. You'll be involved in a diverse portfolio of work spanning healthcare, leisure, retail, social housing and refurbishment, delivering high-quality solutions for both public-sector bodies and private clients. The Role As an Estimator, you'll take ownership of preparing robust, competitive tenders across a range of construction and refurbishment schemes. Working alongside the commercial, pre‑construction and delivery teams, you'll ensure pricing is accurate, achievable, and aligned with business objectives. This is a role for someone who enjoys collaboration, understands construction methodology, and is confident balancing commercial risk with opportunity.
