This role requires creativity in content development, and you’ll be a skilled communicator capable of translating technical information into compelling, audience-focused content across all channels - from digital and social media to video and events.You will manage agency partners, budgets, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget, positioning yourself as a highly visible subject matter expert.The Marketing Communications Specialist is a key contributor within an experienced Marketing Communications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team. You’ll thrive in a supportive environment equipped with robust tools and processes designed to help you succeed.**What You'll Do:*** Lead the development and execution of high-impact, integrated campaigns across the forage, biologicals, seed-applied technology, silage inoculants, and hybrid seed portfolios - with potential to expand as the company evolves.* Design and implement communication plans that span digital, traditional, PR, and event channels, ensuring consistent and aligned brand messaging.* Drive the creation of impactful campaign materials - including advertising, product launch kits, promotional content, and sales tools - in collaboration with agency partners.* Create and manage content for UK & Ireland digital channels, including websites and social media platforms.* Translate technical messaging into compelling content tailored to farmers and agronomist stakeholders, working closely with technical, sales, and marketing teams.* Track and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media metrics to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.* Represent Corteva at events and field days to support brand activation efforts. Some travel may be required, including overnight stays. **What Skills You Need:*** A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing communications or similar role.* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a proven ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.* Full proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).* A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, content management systems (CMS), and social media strategy,* Experience in content development and a basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, such as Premiere and Express.* Experience using tools like Google Analytics and social media metrics to track performance, generate insights, and inform strategy.* Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and manage external agency partners.* A creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset, with a high level of motivation and a passion for turning ideas into high-impact results.* Experience in or a demonstrated passion for the agricultural sector is highly preferred.**Location:**Corteva Cambridge office**Duration:**12 months from February 1st, 2026**Application Process:**Applications close on November 20th, 2025.To know more about Corteva please watch this video:Talent Acquisition at Corteva uses technology by Eightfold AI.
