Main Duties
The role involves managing the procurement workplan for the National Clinical Sourcing Team. You will work with other members of the team and stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective delivery of the category strategy in line with organisational and policy goals. The team is currently based in Alder House in St Asaph with an element of home or agile working as part of the role.

Qualifications
* Qualified to CIPS Level 5 (Advanced Diploma) or equivalent CIPS Knowledge / Experience
* ILM Level 4 (Desirable)
Experience
* Proven experience of delivering complex procurement projects
* Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
>Experience of dealing with contract legislation, compliance and probity issues
* Experience delivering savings
* Experience of people/staff supervision
* Experience of managing risk
Experience of category management
* Experience of engaging with and managing a wide range of stakeholders in a professional manner
