What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, applying clinical reasoning to develop tailored treatment plans.
* Collaborate with the Occupational Therapy Medicine Team and Physiotherapy team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
* Facilitate safe and effective patient discharges by planning and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
* Work on a variety of cases, providing treatment and support for patients with diverse conditions and diagnoses.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
* Hold a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
* Have recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
* Possess recent NHS experience.
* Be registered with the HCPC.
